Graham MacGregor
Graham is Founder and Managing Director of MacGregor Advisory Group, based in Melbourne. He has worked across multiple asset classes in the energy & resources sector including time on the ground in more than 40 countries with 26 different operators. Graham has held senior leadership positions with both large global asset operators and top-tier advisory firms with a specific focus on enabling the performance and resource productivity of core assets and major projects.
Graham holds an MEng Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University, an MBA from INSEAD and the AFMA Financial Markets Certificate. Graham is a Sainsbury Management Fellow, Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Matthew Geers
Matt is a proven operations executive with experience spanning front line leadership / commercial in mining, McKinsey consulting across 10+ sectors. He holds a BE in Commerce, Mechanical Engineering & Management from UWA and an MBA from Curtin University.


Erin Maulday
Erin is a transformation leader with 20+ years' experience leading enterprise-wide change, strategy execution, and operational turnarounds. He holds a BA from UNSW, a MA International Affairs from ANU and an MBA from AGSM.


Kitty Greenwood
Kitty is a consultant with five years of experience leading carbon and climate resilience initiatives for international clients. She is an expert in climate risk assessment & financial emissions measurement and reporting. She holds a BA in Geography from Sussex University and a MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial.


Lara Al Kazimi
Lara is a strategy and transformation professional with 7 years at EYP delivering large-scale transformation projects. She holds a BA in Business Administration and a Technology MBA from Hult with a focus on digital transformation and emerging technologies.


Nilanda Cai
Nilanda is a consultant with over 5 years of experience delivering capital projects, with a focus on executing net-zero strategies for large-scale assets such as airports, power generation, and mining. She holds a degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton.


Mark Thomson

Paul Cowan
Paul has 8 years experience in both consulting and investment banking focusing on sustainable finance including deal structuring and managing climate related risks and opportunities. He holds BSc in Economics from Universidad del CELMA and a Masters in Sustainability Studies from Sydney University.


Christine Losser
Christine is a consultant providing support to Industry & Private Equity clients in the areas Carbon Markets and Energy Transition. She holds a BA in International Relations from Geneva University & a MSc in Environmental Science from Sydney University.


Thomas Wiersinga
Thomas has 5 years experience as a finance professional with experience in banking credit facilities, Project Finance, Asset Based Finance, and Private Equity. He holds BA in International Business and an MS in Strategic Innovation Management from the University of Groningen.


Annabel Nelson
Annabel is a strategic and commercial consultant with ~two years of experience, specialising in strategy, financial transformation, and large-scale project delivery. She holds a BComm in Finance and Marketing from Melbourne University.


Bhavya Bagaria
